Cool New App: Dimples – Baby Photos Triggered by a Smile

Dimples is a cool Kickstarter project for parents with babies. The app uses facial recognition to identify a smile and automatically takes a burst of photos within the mobile app.

The app is easy to use, just set up your phone in front of your baby and open the app. It will automatically take a series of pictures when your baby smiles, all you need to do is to review the photos taken and select the ones you like.

Dimples is being developed only on iOS for the moment, it still has a few days left to complete its funding on Kickstarter, so if you like the app go ahead and back it up so that they make it happen.
